Council and finance experience
Martin was previously a Liberal Democrat councillor in his old home town of Luton. He served as Luton Council’s Portfolio Holder for Finance. Martin’s experience makes him ideally suited to scrutinising how Ashfield Council spends its money.
Caring for the environment
“We need to look after our planet. Ashfield Council is not doing enough about the climate emergency. Here in Hucknall the council and the community must work together to take care of the local environment.”
