Hucknall resident Kevin Stevenson was raised in Nottinghamshire. Kevin started out in the civil service, supporting the armed services. As a mature student aged 30, Kevin went to the University of Derby, going on to a career in Design which included working for the Bulwell based Mantic Games. Kevin returned to University at 50 to retrain as a therapist. He now works in mental healthcare for the NHS.
Asking the right questions
“As a therapist, I help by asking the right questions. If elected, I will ask the right questions to Ashfield Council, on behalf of the people of Hucknall.”
Repairing our public services
“I am proud to be working for the NHS. However, the increasingly fractured nature of our NHS and other public services, which are constantly asked to do more with less, means that those in need can fall through ever widening cracks. I want to be part of repairing the damage that the Conservatives have done.”
